Recipe for healthy and nutritious garden omelette
Ingredients required:
2 Eggs
1 Tomato
1 Green chilli
Cilantro
Salt
Cheese (optional)
Preparation :
Take a bowl and add little water and add some salt and whisk it .Make sure it dissolves properly.
To the above mixture , add eggs and whisk them . Add cilantro, tomato and green chilli to the mixture and simultaneously heat a pan and add a half spoon of oil .
Pour the omelette mixture and make sure to close it with a lid so that you get a fluffy omelette .
Wait for 3-4 mins and add little cheese(optional) .I love adding a bit cheese .Chill guys!! Cheese is healthy if its limited !
Tadaa!! Delicious omelette is ready ! Have toast by side and enjoy your breakfast. It just takes 5mins for preparation and cooking .
